(1) Registration link: www.cubingchina.com. The participants need to register on the Rubik's Cube Competition Network of China.

The deadline for registration is 2019-4-0800:00:00. There is no on-site registration for the competition.
All applications for this competition are online. The organizer can not provide registration assistance. Please register in time so as not to miss the competition.
(2) Competition fees: basic registration fee 5 yuan + sub-project registration fee.
(3) Payment method: Coarse cake online fees, do not accept on-site payment.
This competition sets up the qualifying line restrictions for each item. First, the registration work (Coarse Cake Net registration + submission of registration fee) is passed through the registration audit.
(4) Once the registration is successful, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please consider carefully and check your entries carefully before registration, so as to avoid false alarm and omission caused by rush at the beginning of registration.
(5) Players will get a schedule when they sign in, which clearly indicates the time of each event. Before the competition, the host will prompt the competitor to go to the Hou Sai District on his own. If he misses the Hou Sai time without special circumstances, he will be disqualified from the competition.
(6) Players under 18 years of age who are going to the venue alone must ask their parents to write a note "agree to participate in the XXX contest, sign xxx, telephone xxxx" (the note should be shown when the contest day is checked in);
(7) All competitors, escorts and spectators are requested to observe the order of the venue and follow the instructions of the staffs. If there is a violation of the order of the venue, interfere with other players'competition situation, such as: loud noise, playful, illegal intrusion into the competition area, photography flashes, enter the competition area or the cordon to take photos or videos, in the event of a rush. If there is any violation of the above-mentioned order, the staff will give verbal warning and criticism. If the repeated advice is invalid, they will contact the representative and the relevant person in charge to consider disqualifying the competition and have the right to compete.
(8) In the course of the competition, the competitors are requested to take good care of their valuables and observe the public order. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss of valuables or disputes.
(9) Due to the limitation of the number of people that can be accommodated in the venue, players over 12 years old are theoretically not allowed to bring their family members. If the seats are insufficient due to the accompanying personnel, the competitors will be given priority, which causes inconvenience. Those under 12 years old are allowed to bring one or two family members to accompany them.
(10) Parents are requested to take care of their children and not allow them to run, make noise and make loud noises in the arena. If there are serious disturbances to the order of the arena on many occasions, the organizers and relevant staff have the right to dissuade the disruptors and their parents from the arena together.
(11) In order to ensure the order of the competition venue and prevent the irrelevant personnel from interfering with the competition, this competition adopts the measures of not entering the competition venue without certificate. Accompanied persons with accompanying personnel or those with special needs are allowed to receive accompanying personnel certificates with the players everywhere. The certificates are real-name and related to the accompanied players. Please do not lend them to others. There are several qualifications to obtain the accompanying personnel certificate as follows: 1. Parents or relatives of contestants under 12 years of age, each contestant carries up to two accompanying personnel. 2. Foreign players aged 12-18 may bring a guardian with them. 3. Teachers or persons in charge of the Rubik's Cube Training Institute lead students to participate in the competition. One organization carries up to two accompanying personnel. 4. Spouses of competitors.
(12) The time limit for reduction and the passing line are described below. Restore time limit: refers to the player's single restore beyond that time limit, the referee has the right to stop the game and record DNF. Pass Line: refers to the first two times of a player's five restorations must enter the pass line at least once, otherwise there is no chance of the next three restorations.
(13) According to the opinions of other event sponsors, our schedule is not reasonable, so the sponsor may reduce the schedule (if fewer competitors, then some project time will be changed, please listen to the on-site notice.
(14) The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the competition.
