WCA Competition
This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations.
Regulations

I. About Registration            

Enrollment requires the players to register on the Muffin Cube China Competition Network (i.e. this website).            

The information of this competition is based on the latest update of the Rough Pie China Rubik's Cube Competition Network (i.e. this website). Please continue to pay attention to the information of this competition. [Wuhan Rubik's Cube Competition Exchange Group: 419273594]            

Registration for the competition should be completed during the registration period (2019-09-17 20:00:00 to 2019-10-05 20:00:00). Registration will not be accepted after the deadline. Online registration is only accepted for the competition, but on-site registration is not accepted.            

The registration period is divided into two stages: the first stage is from 2019-09-17 20:00:00 to 2019-09-30 20:00:00; the second stage is from 2019-09-30 20:00:00 to 2019-10-05 20:00:00.            

Registration fee: Payable registration fee = basic registration fee + sub-entry registration fee. The first stage basic registration fee is 70 yuan, and the second stage basic registration fee and project fee are 1.5 times of the first stage project fee.           

Payment of fees: Competitors must pay the registration fee through the designated method. Those who do not pay through the cookie net will be invalid for registration, and will be considered successful after payment is completed. For other payment problems, please contact the organizer by mail (1299832467@qq.com);            

Player withdrawal: After successful registration, contestants can withdraw from the competition by themselves through the cookie net within a specified date. The deadline for withdrawal is 2019-10-03 20:00:00. After the withdrawal, 50% of the registration fee will be automatically returned to the account you used when paying through the system, and the participants will not be able to re-register for the competition after the withdrawal.           

 Project Supplement: Competitors can complete the project supplement by themselves through the "project supplement" function of the rough cake network. The project supplement fee is the registration fee of the project in the registration stage when the project is supplemented. The cost of the project supplement and the handling fee that may appear in the process are borne by the competitors.            Item Change: This competition does not accept the request of replacing or deleting items, such as changing the fourth-order screw to the second-order screw. Neither does it accept requests for player substitution, such as replacing the qualifications of successful player A with unregistered player B.            

Fee refund: In addition to the 50% registration fee returned by the participants through the voluntary withdrawal operation of the cookie net, all the fees paid by the participants will not be refunded. Please register carefully.           

 Players under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before they can register for the competition.           

 The number of participants is limited to 120.           

 II. About Check-in            

Players must sign in at a specified time. They must sign in for themselves. No one else can sign in for them.           

 Players are requested to sign in according to the instructions. Non-participants are prohibited from entering the players'sign-in area to avoid confusion and disrupt the order of sign-in.            

Players should show the two-dimensional code of successful registration (check on the registration page after logging in to the rough cake web) (both electronic and printed paper versions are acceptable) and the original identity documents (ID card, household register, passport, desk ID, homecoming card) of the players themselves. ;           

 When you sign in, you will issue your entry card. Please keep it properly.            

Players must wear their entry cards when they compete on stage, and those who do not have them will lose their entry qualifications. No reissue is allowed for the loss of the competition certificate.            

3. About Competition            

Players must ensure that the cube used meets the requirements of WCA rules and prepare for the competition, otherwise they will be disqualified from participating in the project.            

Participate in the self-provided Blindfold for the three-blind competitors. As the blindfold masks for the competitors during the blindfold project, the organizers do not provide blindfold Blindfold for borrowing.   WCA representatives may decide that the following magic watches are illegal and prohibit their use in competitions: for Rubik's magic watches with excessive wear or for homemade magic watches with general quality, if the pin (pin) which controls the rotation of gears cannot maintain a raised state, that is, relying on the gravity needle will loosen the automatic drop or the function of some buttons will be lost. For the modified magic watch, if the tape or sticker used to fix the two sides of the magic watch is not symmetrical, the direction of 12 o'clock can be observed by tape or sticker.            

Restore time limit: If the player's single restore time exceeds that time limit, the restore will be recorded as DNF, and the referee has the right to suspend the restore.            

Pass Line: For five restoring items (such as fourth-order quick-twist, etc.), the first two times of a player's five restoring must enter the pass line at least once, otherwise there will be no chance of the last three restoring items; for three restoring items (only six-order quick-twist and seven-order quick-twist), the first time of a player's three restoring must enter the pass line, otherwise there will be no second time to return. The following categories are awards for the organizers of this competition. They are not ranked by WCA. That is to say, the following categories are not included in the official ranking of WCA. If there are fewer than three members in the group, the organizer will cancel or change the group.            

They can also belong to the following groups (e.g. the first time, under 12 years old; the player is a third-level U12 group, a third-level newcomer group, and also participates in the ranking of all the players).           

 However, the children group, the newcomers group and the women group are only based on the results of the third-tier preliminary competition.

Third-order U8 group: all children aged 8 years and younger (born after October 13, 2011) belonged to third-order U8 group. [podium: top three; awards: prizes + certificates]            

The third-order U12 group: all children aged 12 years and younger (born after October 13, 2007) belonged to the third-order U12 group. [podium: top three; awards: prizes + certificates]

 Newcomers in third-tier events (third-tier preliminary results): players without WCA ID.[Women's third-order group]            

Women's Team of Third-tier Events (Third-tier Preliminary Event Achievements): All the women competitors who participated in the third-tier event in this competition.            

Players should be self-disciplined and respectful in the competition, not loud, not damage public property, not affect others;            

After entering the competition field, please silence your mobile phone consciously, turn off the flashlight of camera and other equipment, and watch the game civilly.           

 No organization or individual without the permission of the Organizing Committee shall conduct propaganda activities such as material distribution, material posting and live video broadcasting on the venue, and shall not engage in any business activities.            

It is forbidden to take aerial photographs by any form of UAV in the stadium. The non-organizing committee's permission to take aerial photographs can only be in the designated area of the spectator area.           

 Running and fighting are prohibited and climbing high places are prohibited to avoid accidents. Proper dressing and proper manners are prohibited. Hard shells such as peanuts and melon seeds are not allowed to enter the competition venue.           

 Care for venues and surrounding public goods, abide by the rules and regulations of competition venues, prohibit pets to enter;            

Maintain courtesy and kindness, respect other people's space and privacy, and do not show any unfriendly behavior such as derogation, harassment, provocation or intimidation to others.           

 If you feel uncomfortable with some behavior, you can report it to the organizer.           

 No political and religious symbols (such as the national flag) are allowed to appear in the arena. Thank you for the cooperation of all players, accompaniers and spectators.

 IV. Special Notes            

Those who fail to complete the registration according to the registration requirements will not be able to participate in the competition (according to WCA Rule 2c1).           

 2. For violations of the Rules of Conduct, the WCA representative may disqualify the competitors who are running rounds, remaining rounds or the whole match (2f, 2h, 2k3, 2K4 according to WCA rules);            

Players and accompanying personnel should be responsible for their own safety, and guardians of minor players should be responsible for the personal safety of minor players.
