WCA Competition

This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations.

Regulations

About registration:

1. There is a competitor limit of 120 competitors. All registration must be done online via cubingchina.com.

2. The registration fee includes basic entry fee and additional fee per event. Click here to see fees. 

3. For Chinese domestic participants, a completed registration is online registration plus prepaid registration fee via Alipay on Cubingchina. For oversea participants, if you can't pay the fee online and your registration is not accepted antomatically, please contact the delegate via email. Then we will make a reservation for you by manually accepting your registration and you can pay the fee by cash at the venue.

4. Changing or deleting events is not accepted. If you would like to cancel your registration（You will get 50% of the fee back）, please go through the registration page to do it by yourself and you won’t get refund of the registration fee if you didn’t do it before the deadline.

5. Participants can  add events by themselves. (Extra fee depending on the price for each event during each time period)

About Competition:

1. Please sign in between 8:30am and 10am on Oct 20th. After that, please keep your competition name card carefully. If you lose it, organizers won’t give you an extra one and you’ll lose the qualification to take part in any event.

2. All the competitors should come to the field 30 minutes earlier before a certain event begins. If participants haven’t come to compete on time, they will be considered to have given up this round and won’t receive an extra chance.

3. Wca rules are adopted in this competition. Please read and familiarize yourselves with the rules.

4. The competitor must end each solve within the time limit. If a competitor reaches the time limit for a solve/round, the judge stops the solve immediately and records the result as DNF.A Combined Round consists of two phases of attempts, where competitors advance to the second phase if they meet a designated cutoff during the first phase.
