I. About Registration

1. Online registration is only supported.

2. The registration time is from 00:00 on January 24, 2019 after the announcement of the biscuit. The registration will not be accepted after the deadline and the registration will not be accepted at the scene.

3. The registration fee is 66 yuan basic registration fee. This competition will set up a sub-entry registration fee. The total registration fee is based on the registration fee + each sub-entry registration fee.

4. The registration fee will not be refunded. Please register carefully.

5. Those who are unable to pay online should contact the organizer to solve the problem.

6. The competition does not accept requests to change items.

7. Before the deadline for registration, you can make up for the items on the "Registration Page" of the biscuits.

II. About Competition

1. Players should be familiar with WCA rules https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/translations/Chinese/.

2. The Rubik's Cube is provided by all the players.

3. Players are required to enter the competition venue at the beginning of each event, and prepare for the competition in the waiting area before the start of each event. If the waiting time for the event has passed and the waiting time for the event has not reached the waiting area during the race schedule, the competitor will be regarded as automatically abandoning the current round and will not be given the opportunity to participate in the round.

4. The time limit for restoring is as follows: when a player's single restoring exceeds the time limit, the WCA representative or referee has the right to stop the match and remember the DNF. Pass Line: refers to the first two times of a contestant's five restores must enter the pass line at least once, otherwise there will be no chance of the next three restores.

III. Requirements for the Stadium

1. It is forbidden for people to make loud noises, to play, to make noises and to move around freely at the competition site.

2. It is forbidden for people to throw rubbish at the competition site.

3. It is forbidden to use flash to take photos of the participants.

4. Non-participants are prohibited from entering the competition area.

5. Keep personal belongings well by oneself;

6. Compensation should be paid for the damage to the items in the competition venue.

7. Players under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by a guardian.

IV. Awards

1. All competitors participate in the award presentation.

2. There are U8, U10, U12, Middle School, College and Women's Teams in the third-order twisting events.

3. The awards of U8 group, U10 group, U12 group, middle school group, university group and women group will be given after the Third preliminary competition.

4. U8: Players born between January 26, 2011 and January 26, 2019

5. U10: Players born between January 26, 2009 and January 26, 2019

6, U12: Players born between January 26, 2007 and January 26, 2019

7. All prizes are not accepted.

V. On Group Integral

1. Groups: The same school participants enrolled in the competition are a team as a whole, or are freely organized by the players. The group name is determined by the group members, and each team is limited to four members. Note: Players should not repeat team formation.

2. Integral calculation:

Basic points: Each participant has a basic score of group points of 1.

Ranking points: 16 points in the first ten, 13 points in 11-20, 10 points in 21-30, 7 points in 31-40, 4 points in 41-50, 1 point after 51-50, multiplied by the weighting coefficient of each item (third order: 5 second order: 4 fourth order: 3 single hand: 3 diagonal turn: 3 pyramids: 3SQ1:3)

3. Awards: Group points ranking, top six awards.

4. Enrollment for Team Competition

(1) Registration time: from January 25, 2019 to 200:00 after the announcement of the biscuit

(2) Registration method: The competitors form their own teams. After successful registration of all the competitors in the team competition, one person acts as a representative and sends team information to the organizer's mailbox.
