Admission Rules: Each competitor may bring up to 1 free accompanying person, who must check in together with the competitor and get an admission ticket using the competitor’s badge. Extra accompanying persons need to buy tickets on site for ¥50 per person per day.

Partner Hotel: We suggest booking early due to large numbers of out-of-town guests. Allow enough time for travel and check-in. Special hotel rate available for competitors. Contact Manager Han at 18641548449. Please mention the cube competition for the event price.

Spectator and Accompanying Person Rules

To ensure a quiet and orderly competition environment, each competitor is allowed a maximum of one free accompanying person. Any additional accompanying persons must purchase on-site admission tickets at a price of 50 RMB per person. All accompanying persons are required to complete check-in together with the competitor.

On-site Admission Purchase

On the competition day, accompanying persons may purchase admission tickets at the check-in desk with valid identification documents, including ID card, household registration booklet, passport, Mainland Resident Travel Permit, and other official certificates. Staff will register personal information and provide official admission credentials.

All competitors, accompanying persons, and visitors must wear admission credentials provided during check-in. Admission credentials are required for entering and exiting the competition venue. Individuals without valid credentials are not permitted entry. Lost credentials must be repurchased. Credentials may not be removed, damaged, torn, or transferred during the competition.

Competition Regulations

After registration opens, the organizer will send occasional email notifications to registered competitors. Please check your email regularly. Failure to receive or follow official notifications shall be the sole responsibility of the competitor.

The published schedule is tentative. Event times may be advanced or delayed on the competition day. Competitors must follow on-site announcements. Failure to complete group check-in on time will be regarded as automatic forfeiture.

Any person who fails to follow staff instructions, violates competition rules, or seriously disrupts on-site order may be asked to leave the venue by the organizer.

For minor competitors, if their accompanying guardians violate competition rules or disrupt the competition order, both the minor competitor and the guardian will be removed from the venue, and the competitor’s eligibility for subsequent events will be canceled.

Award Settings

1. The 3x3 Cube event includes U8, U10, O30, Open, and Newcomer groups. All groups except the Open group will be ranked based on 3x3 preliminary round results.

2. The Pyraminx event includes U6, U8, U10, and Open groups. All groups except the Open group will be ranked based on Pyraminx preliminary round results.

3. The 3x3 Blindfolded event includes U10 and Open groups. The U10 group will be ranked based on 3x3 preliminary round results.

4. All other events are Open-group only.

5. The top 3 competitors in each Open group will receive trophies, certificates, and prizes. The top 5 competitors in all other age/special groups will receive certificates and prizes.

Awards must be collected in person during the award ceremony. No proxy collection is allowed. Absence from the award ceremony will be regarded as automatic waiver of awards.
