The first event of the Northwestern University sponsored by the agency after the establishment of Rubik's cube. All of the items (except group projects) system follow WCA rules of the game, players need to be familiar with the rules of the WCA.
The team is only limited to the universities in Shaanxi Province

Group projects each school can only send a team of 4 people, of which the players are not the school's players must not exceed 2
Each school team has a number of foreign aid must not exceed 3
Each player is free to choose their own team.
The score of the game:
(1) individual aspects
Score: single score = total number of the item - the ranking +1.
(2) group
Score: cfop group score = (the total team - the ranking +1) * 40.
The increase in value is to encourage the development of various colleges and universities, for the future can be in the group project to get more scores.
If the school community project personnel shortage, can be combined with other school personnel, no extra time is punished, but the distribution of the scores obtained in accordance with the group of staff. This is in order to encourage universities to conduct joint, as far as possible to make each university have the opportunity to get scores in the group project, but need to pay attention to each person a group project can only participate in one.
If a school has a group project team, the member shall not set up second branches belonging to the school team, but can be combined with other schools to get x*0.1 scores for their school, where the team score is X.
