WCA Competition

This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association (WCA) competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations.
Competitors are solely responsible for any penalties imposed due to unfamiliarity with the competition rules or failure to comply with on-site regulations. Such penalties shall not be attributed to Cubing China, the WCA, or the competition organizers.

Regulations

First  ：About the registration
Registration for the competition should be completed during the registration period (0:00 on October 28 and 0:00 on November 20), with a quota of 150 people. Registration is not accepted after the deadline. Online registration is only accepted, not on site.Participants will be required to register at the cubing net.

WCA ID search：https://cubingchina.com/results/person ，In the column of name or WCA ID, enter your Chinese name or Chinese pinyin of first name and family name（Put your first name before your family name）.After searching, click your homepage to find WCA ID.
Players in mainland China shall pay the registration fee through the online payment function of cubing net.The registration of players from mainland China who do not pay through the cu bing net will be invalid.For non-chinese mainland players who cannot use the Chinese payment system, they can pay the registration fee through PayPal. Please contact the organizer if you have other payment problems.
Plays Quite : players can withdraw from the competition after registration. The deadline for the withdrawal is 0:00 on November 15.After the completion of the withdrawal, the registration fee will be returned 50%. After the completion of the withdrawal, the players will not be able to register for this competition again.
Project Supplement: the players can complete the project supplement by yourself through the "project supplement" function of cubing net.The cost of the project supplement shall be borne by the player.

Second ：Sign in

Players are requested to queue up at the check-in counter, non-participants are prohibited to enter the check-in area, so as to avoid confusion and disturb the check-in order.Players are requested to queue up at the check-in counter, non-participants are prohibited to enter the check-in area, so as to avoid confusion and disturb the check-in order.The players shall present the original of themselves identity certificate (id card, household registration book, passport, Taiwan compatriots certificate and hometown certificate).If a player who is not from mainland China cannot use alipay or PayPal to pay the registration fee, he/she shall pay the registration fee when signing in.When you sign in, you will receive your entry permit. Please keep it properly.A player is required to wear his/her entry permit when he/she enters competition on the stage.A player who is not certified will be disqualified.
There is no consultation function in sign-in desk. If you have any questions, please go to the information desk for consultation.

Third ：Enter the competition

The rest area of the competition, the waiting area and the competition area are required to wear the enter permit before entering.All players and the accompanying personnel of the competition should properly keep their entry permits after completing the check-in.Entry permits are the separate marks for players to enter the rest area, waiting area and competition area.  One person and one permit shall not be transferred, and the consequences of the transfer shall be borne by oneself.such as you can't participate in the competition, etc.The accompanying persons of the players shall enter the competition with the watch game permits.
Competitors under the age of 18 can be accompanied by one parent,players from each training institution can be accompanied by two team members. If the player has other accompanying needs, please inform the organizer before the end of the registration.

Fourth：About the competition
Players must ensure that the rubik's cube is in compliance with WCA rules and be prepared to compete, otherwise they will be disqualified from participating in the project.Please bring your own eye patch for the three blind players .it will as the blind twist event player's covering.The organizer doesn't provide eye patch to borrowed.
restore time limit: if the player's single restore time exceed the time limit.The restoration will be recorded as DNF and the referee has the right to end the restoration.Pass line: for the five-time restoration project (such as the 444 speed twist, etc.), the first two times of the five-time restoration must have at least one time enter the pass line, otherwise there will be no opportunity to  the rest of  three times Players should be self - disciplined and respect the competition, not loud, not damaging public property, not affecting others.
Please silence your mobile phone and turn off the flash of camera and other equipment after entering the game.
Any organization or individual without the permission of the organizer shall not conduct any publicity activities such as material distribution, material Posting, etc.Professional anchors will be invited to live video all the way, and competitors are not recommended to live separately.
No political symbols (such as the flag) are allowed on the playing field. Thank you to all the players, accompanying and spectators for their cooperation.

Fifth ：prize presentation in competition
This competition is the only WCA competition in zhengzhou this year, The first three winners will be awarded in each competition.The top three winners of the 333 children's group, the lady's group, and the new person's group.The result is based on the preliminary game's result of project 333.Children are those under the age of 12 on the day of competition,those born after 0:00 on December 1, 2006.The new person are the first join WCA's player.The top three winners will be presented the certificates, medals and prizes.The winner must attend the competition oneself to receive the prize (certificate, medal, prize), others can only receive the certificate, medal, not the prize. Those who do not attend the ceremony will be considered as giving up
