If it is lost, it will lose the qualification to participate in the competition or related follow-up projects. If you are unable to check in on time due to factors such as train flights, please call the organizer or email the organizer in advance.

3. Players are required to enter the competition venue 30 minutes before the start of each project. After each project starts, they will prepare for the competition in the waiting area. If the waiting time for the project has not passed during the race time and the waiting time for the project has passed, the player will be deemed to automatically give up the current round and will no longer be given the opportunity to participate in the round.

4. All the Rubik's Cubes used by the players need to be provided by the players themselves. The organizer does not provide Rubik's Cube. Players can bring any size, any color scheme of Rubik's Cube, which can be made of stickers, painted or patched, or six colors. The magic cube with magnetic force is also allowed. The Rubik's Cube in the following situations is not allowed: the sticker is damaged so much that it affects the judgment, and there is more than one logo, transparent, built-in other devices, such as the counting cube. Before the game, please prepare the player for the competition (in accordance with WCA regulations) and restore it. In the seventh and sixth stage competitions, players are required to submit the Rubik's Cube and the transcript to the disruption 10 minutes in advance.

5. The player has 15 seconds of observation time for each restoration. During the observation phase, the player cannot rotate the cube.

Players should place the Rubik's Cube on the mat in front of the timer, then start the watch, not on the timer, or on the side of the Rubik's Cube. The correct way to start the watch is that the part of the two-handed finger is placed in the sensing area to start the timer. When it is not activated, it can touch the Rubik's cube, start with the palm part, and erect the contact sensing area.

6. If during the player's restoration process, the Rubik's cube is falling apart and some parts are out of the whole, as long as the timer is still timing, the player can pick up and repair it by himself, and the player can only remove up to four pieces to reassemble and can screw up at most. Move a corner block. In addition, in the third-order one-handed project, the player can put one hand on the timer and the other hand to restore. In the third-order one-handed project, the player can change hands when observing. Once the green light starts to light, the player can't change hands, and can't touch the Rubik's cube with other parts of the body. If there is a loose frame, it can only be used. The same hand is fixed.

7. The correct way for the player to stop the timer is to put the palm of the hand down and the fingers and palms. When you stop the timer, you can't touch the Rubik's Cube at the same time. You can't touch the Rubik's Cube until the referee and the player sign the confirmation.

8. The judgment on the results is as follows:

There is the following rule for determining whether the Rubik's Cube is restored: each Rubik's cube has a specified alignment limit, which is the maximum angle between the adjacent two layers allowed. If there is a place that exceeds the reduction limit, the cube is considered to have been restored, but a +2 decision is required, and the last time needs to be added for two seconds based on the display time. If more than one of the reduction limits is exceeded, then the cube is not restored and a DNF (Did Not Finish) decision is required. The limit of the N-order positive-order cube such as the second, third, and fourth orders is 45°. The limit of the Pyramid and the Rubik's Cube is 60°. The limit of the five Rubik's Cube is 36°.

A restored cube, all blocks should be in the correct position. If the block with no color is not in the correct position, such as the hidden block of the sixth-order and seventh-order cubes, it is considered that the cube has been accurately restored, and no penalty is made. If the block with only one color is not in the correct position, such as the center block of the positive-order cube, it is considered that the cube has been accurately restored. If there is more than one block with only one color not in the correct position, this reduction is judged as DNF. If the block does not have multiple colors in the correct position, then it should be judged as DNF in any case.

9. The description of the reduction time limit and the pass line is as follows:

Restore time limit: Each round of project will have a specified time limit for restoration. If a player's single restore time exceeds the corresponding time limit, the restore result is DNF. There are two or more DNF judgments in one round of the five-time average project. If there is one or more DNF judgments in one round of the three-averaged items, the player has no average score for the round, only the best single Second grade.

Pass line: Some items will set a pass line. In the five-time average project, the player must enter the pass line at least once in the first two times of the five restorations. If the first two times do not enter the pass line twice, then the player will lose the last three chances to restore. After entering the pass line one or two times in the previous two restores, the last three restores do not need to consider the pass line, just consider the reduction time limit. In the three-time average project, the first time the player has to restore three times must enter the pass line. If the first time does not enter the pass line, then the player will lose the opportunity to restore after two. After entering the pass line for the first time, the last two restores do not need to consider the pass line, just consider the reduction time limit.

10. According to the number of participants after the registration, the organizer may modify the schedule. Please pay close attention to the email notification sent by the organizer before the competition.
