1. About registration:1. Registration needs to be registered with China Rubik's Cube Competition Network.2. The WCA ID query is completed on https://cubingchina.com/results/person. You can enter your own name in Chinese or Pinyin in the column of Score-Player. After searching, you can find it by clicking on your home page.3. Registration time is from 2019-06-14 20:00:00 to 2019-07-03 20:00:00, no registration is accepted earlier than the registration period, no registration is accepted after the deadline, and no registration is accepted at the competition venue.4. Registration fee: Registration fee = basic registration fee + sub-entry registration fee, the basic registration fee is 100 yuan, the sub-entry registration fee depends on the project. Please pay the registration fee through the online payment function of the cookie net.Be careful:The first stage of registration is from 2019-06-14 20:00:00 to 2019-06-28 19:59:59, with a limit of 250 people.The second stage of registration: 2019-06-28 19:59:59 to 2019-07-03 19:59:59, the registration fee is 1.5 times of the first stage.5. NotesAfter successful payment of the registration fee, if there is a need to withdraw, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Please register carefully.(2) Competitors must submit valid ID number (Mainland China identity card, homecoming card, Taiwanese citizenship card or passport) when they register. Excuse me for the inconvenience.As the secondary school affiliated to South China Normal University is a high school directly under the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the venue has certain particularity, non-mainland Chinese athletes must send scanned valid identity documents to the sponsors after registration! Players are requested to sign in on the morning of the competition. They must present valid identity documents (Mainland China Identity Card, Homecoming Card, Taiwanese Citizen's Card or Passport) when they sign in, or they will not be able to enter the competition.Players must sign in by themselves, not by others. Those who do not sign in will be regarded as giving up the game automatically. After signing in, please take good care of the competition certificate. The organizer will not issue it again. If it is lost, it will lose the qualification to participate in the competition or related follow-up projects. If you can't check in on time due to train flight and other factors, please send an email to the host in advance.2. Please enter the competition venue 30 minutes before the start of each event and wait. After each event starts, prepare for the competition in the waiting area. Once the waiting area enters, it is not allowed to leave without special reasons. Please note the on-site waiting notice. If the waiting time for the event is not reached in the waiting area during the race schedule and the waiting time for the event has passed, the competitor will be regarded as giving up this round automatically and will not be given the chance to participate in this round.Participants of the sixth and seventh ranks should submit their cubes 10 minutes in advance for pre-disturbance. Please pay attention to the on-site notice.Participants in the blind twisting project should bring their own blindfolds and make specific arrangements to follow the on-site command.3. Players should put the real-time video pictures out of their sight (e.g. mobile phone screen back to player) when they record and restore the process with equipment during the competition, otherwise the restored results will be recorded as DNF.Players must ensure that the cube used meets the requirements of WCA rules (Chapter 3: Rubik cube, such as stickers can not be seriously damaged, Rubik cube with LOGO will be prohibited in blind twisting competition). Any restoration using an irregular magic cube will be judged DNF. Exceptions: In the ongoing rounds, if a player is found to be using an irregular Rubik's Cube, the previous attempt may give additional restoring opportunities, which are decided by the WCA representative. Prepare for the competition (WCA Rule 2u), or you will be disqualified from participating in the project.4. The time limit for restoring and passing is as follows. The time limit for restoring refers to a player's single restoring exceeding the time limit. WCA representatives and referees have the right to stop the match and record DNF. Pass line: refers to the first two times of a player's five restores entering the pass line at least once, otherwise there is no chance of the last three restores; the first time of a player's three restores must enter the pass line, otherwise there is no chance of the next two restores.5. Stadium OrderAfter entering the competition venue, please silence your mobile phone consciously and turn off the flashlight of camera and other equipment, so as to watch the game civilly, please don't make any noise.Any organization or individual without permission shall not conduct propaganda activities such as material distribution, material posting and live video broadcasting in the arena.No political symbols (such as the national flag) are allowed to appear on the court.Competitors must consciously observe the order of the competition, take photos, wait for, watch and rest in the designated area, obey staff arrangements, and do not destroy venues and facilities.The organizer has the right to invite players who seriously violate the rules of the competition out of the arena.6.
