2. Dual Rounds Introduction
This Guangzhou GraDUAL 3x3 competition uses the Dual Rounds format (see Regulation 9v for details).
1) No elimination mechanism: No competitors are eliminated between the two rounds. Even if you have no result in the first round, or only DNF or DNS results, you are still eligible to advance to the second round.
2) Ranking rule: The competitor's final ranking is determined by their better result from either of the two rounds.
3) Result recording: The results of both rounds are recorded and are eligible for rankings and records.
3. About the Awards
1) The top 3 competitors in the 3x3x3 Cube event will be awarded.
2) This competition also includes a Newcomer group, with awards based on the best average result from either of the first two rounds of the 3x3x3 Cube.
4. Accompanying Persons and Spectators
To ensure a quiet and orderly competition environment, each competitor may bring a maximum of 1 accompanying person for free admission. Any additional accompanying persons must purchase an admission ticket on-site at the price of ¥50 per person per day. All accompanying persons must register together with the contestant.
