WCA Competition

This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations.

Regulations

I. About enrollment

1. Registration process competition only accept online registration, do not accept the site registration. Sign up for the contestants in the pancake

WCA ID query: Https://cubingchina.com/results/person, in name or WCA I D in the column to enter their own name in Chinese or first name after the phonetic alphabet, after the search click into their own home page can find WCA ID.

Application Fee: Payable application fee = Base registration fee + sub-item application fee, the foundation application fee is 70 yuan, the sub-item registration fee according to each item, may click the Schedule view.

Chinese mainland players are required to pay the application fee through the online payment function of the coarse cake net, and the Chinese mainland players who do not make payment through the coarse cake net are invalid. For foreign players who are unable to use the Chinese payment system, they can register by registration system and make cash payments at the on-site check-in. Please contact the organizer for other payment questions.

2. The first stage of attention: 2018-04-28 from 20:00:00 to 2018-05-13 23:59:59 as the first stage of enrolment, the number of applicants is 120.

Phase II: 2018-05-14-00:00:00 to 2018-05-21 00:00:00 for the second stage of enrolment, the enrolment fee is 1.5 times times the first stage.

The application was suspended in 2018-05-13 from 23:59:59 to 2018-05-14 12:00:00, and the application was re-opened in 2018-05-14, after which the number of applications was closed after the withdrawal deadline (120-enrolled): 201 8-04-28 from 20:00:00 to 2018-05-13 23:59:59 applicants can apply for a refund on the application page and will refund 50 of the registration fee, but will not be able to register again after the game.

Item: Once the contestant registers, cannot add or subtract or replace the reported item. After the successful payment of the registration fee, the player who has not applied for the withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedure shall not return the application fee. Please register carefully. For mobile client users, due to the micro-letter to Alipay shielding, please do not open the cookie in the micro-mail payment system, please use the mobile browser to open the rough Cake Network for registration and payment.

Ii. about the competition1. Sign in to sign in the entry to show my valid identity document (Chinese mainland ID card, residence booklet, home visit permit, Taiwan compatriots card or passport). Players must be signed by me, not by others to sign, the person will be regarded as automatic waiver of the game. Please keep the entry card properly after check-in, the organizer no longer reissue, if lost, will lose the qualification to participate in the competition or related follow-up projects. If due to train flights and other factors can not go to the scene on time to sign in on the contestants, please email to inform the organizer.

2. Players should be asked to enter the venue 30 minutes before the start of each project to wait, after each project in the waiting area to prepare for the competition, waiting for the division to enter without special reasons not to leave. Please pay attention to the scene-waiting notice, if the waiting time is not available during the schedule and the waiting period for the project is over, the contestants will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the competition and will not be given the chance to participate in the rounds. Players in the game during the restoration process with equipment, the real-time video screen should be placed outside the players view (such as mobile phone screen back-to-back players), otherwise the restoration will be recorded as DNF. Players must ensure that the use of the Rubiks Cube in line with WCA rules requirements (such as stickers can not be seriously damaged, the number and location of the logo, blind Twist Rubiks Cube does not allow a logo, blind twist the Rubiks cube stickers can not be identified by touch). and prepare for the competition, otherwise will be disqualified from participating in the project. Please participate in the blind twist of the players own eye patch, as a blind twist when the players wearing shelter. The organizer does not offer blind-twisted blindfold to borrow. For the wear too serious Rubiks Magic table or manufacturing quality of the general domestic magic table, if the Control gear rotation button (PIN, needle) can not maintain the bulge of the State, that is, rely on gravity needle will loosen the automatic whereabouts or the function of some buttons can not control its gear rotation. WCA representatives may decide that the magic table is illegal and prohibit the use of the game. A description of the reduction time limit and the pass line is as follows: Restore time limit: If the players single time to restore more than this period, when the restore will be recorded as DNF, the referee has the right to suspend the recovery. Pass line: Five reduction items (such as set equations speed twist, etc.): refers to the five times the first two times to be restored to enter the pass line at least once, otherwise, there will be no more than three reduction opportunities; three restoration items (only six-order and seven-order speed): The first time a player has to enter the pass line for a three reduction, or no more than two times to restore the opportunity.

3. Court order into the arena, please consciously mute the phone, and turn off the camera and other equipment, flash, civilization, please do not speak loudly. Any organization or individual without the permission of the organizing committee shall not conduct promotional activities such as data distribution, material posting and video broadcast on the court.
