Neither does it accept requests for player substitution, such as replacing the qualifications of successful player A with unregistered player B.

 6. The number of participants is limited to 70.

 Two. Sign in

 1. Players need to sign in at a specified time. They must sign in by themselves, not by others.           2. At the time of signing in, the competitor will receive the competition certificate. Please keep it properly.

3. Players need to wear their entry cards when they compete on stage, and those without them will lose their entry qualification.

3. About Competition

1. All the procedures and rules of the competition are in accordance with WCA rules. All competitors and staff should be familiar with WCA rules.

2. It is suggested that players should arrive at the arena ahead of time.

3. All Rubik Cubes used by contestants should be provided by the contestants themselves. The organizers do not provide Rubik Cubes. Players can take any size and color cubes produced by any manufacturer. They can be stickers, spray paints or patches, or six colors. Magic cubes with magnetic force are also allowed. The following situations are not allowed: stickers are badly damaged to affect judgment, logos with more than one logo, logo bulges, transparent, built-in other devices, such as Cube Counselor.

 4. Every time a player restores, he has 15 seconds of observation time (except for blind twisting). During the observation stage, the player can not rotate the magic cube.            Players should put the magic cube on the mat in front of the timer, and then start the watch, not on the timer, nor touch the magic cube while starting the watch. The correct way to start the meter is to place the part of the fingers of both hands flat in the induction area to start the timer. It can not touch the magic cube, start with the part of the palm, and touch the induction area vertically.            If in the process of restoring the player, the magic cube is scattered and some parts are separated from the whole, as long as the timer is still in time, the player can pick up and repair it by himself, and the player can only remove four pieces and reassemble, and screw up one corner at most. In addition, in the third-order one-handed event, the player can put one hand on the timer and restore the other hand. In the third-order one-handed event, the player can change hands when observing. Once the green light starts to time, the player can not change hands, nor can he touch the magic cube with other parts of his body. If there is a split, he can only use the same hand to repair it.            The correct way for the racer to pat the stop timer is to place the palm down flat, both fingers and palms. You can't touch the Rubik's Cube at the same time when you pat the stop timer. You can't touch the Rubik's Cube until the referee and the player sign and confirm.

 5. The results are as follows:            There are the following rules for determining whether a magic cube is restored: each magic cube has a specified alignment limit, that is, the maximum allowable angle between adjacent layers. If one place exceeds the reduction limit, the magic cube is considered to be restored, but it needs to be judged by + 2, and the last time needs to be added two seconds on the basis of the display time. If one or more places exceed the reduction limit, it is considered that the magic cube has not been restored and needs to be determined by DNF (Did Not Finish). The limit of N-order magic cubes, such as second, third and fourth order, is 45 degrees. The limit of the pyramid cube is 60 degrees.

6. The time limit for reduction and the passing line are described as follows:            Restore time limit: Each round of projects will have a specified restore time limit. If a player's single restore time exceeds the corresponding time limit, the restore result is DNF. There are two or more DNF judgments in one round of the five-time average, and one or more DNF judgments in one round of the three-time average. In this round, the player has no average result, only the best single result.            Pass Line: Pass Line will be set for some items. In an average of five entries, the first two restored entries must pass at least once. If two of the first two fail to pass, the player will lose the last three restore opportunities. After one or two of the first two reductions enter the pass line, the latter three reductions do not need to consider the pass line, but only the reduction time limit. In the average of three times, the first time a player restores three times must enter the passing line. If the first time does not enter the passing line, then the player will lose the second chance to restore. After the first entry into the pass line, the latter two restores do not need to consider the pass line, only consider the reduction time limit.
