If you arrive in Shenyang station you can take the subway 1 to Zhongjie station then out in the C the way need about 20 minutes and 3 minutes to walk 

If you arrive in Shenyang north station: take metro line 2 to Qingniandajie station then Transfer to line 1  and get down at Zhongjie station and get out in C you need25 minutes+ 3 minutes' walk 

If you arrive in Taoxian airport: take airport bus or tram line 2 to the Olympic sports center transfer to subway line 2, then line1 you need at least one hour
