WCA Competition

This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations.

Regulations

Registration
1.1 It is only acceptable to register through the official website - https://cubingchina.com. 
1.2 About searching the WCA ID, please enter the name into the text box of: https://cubingchina.com/results/person
1.3 The register fees are two major parts, base fee and extra. For more information, please refer to the Schedule page. https://cubingchina.com/competition/Shenzhen 10th Anniversary 2019/schedule
1.4 The competitor of mainland of china must make a payment via the CubingChina.com, any other method to pay is not official and unacceptable.  
The competitor out of mainland china, please register first via the CubingChina.com, and then pay the cash on site. Please exchange the RMB in advance.

Reminder
2.1 Phase 1 of registration, it is between 20:00:00 01/05/2019 and 23:59:59 28/07/2019. The upper limit is 600. 
2.2 Phase 2 of registration, it is between 00:00:00 29/07/2019 and 23:59:59 11/08/2019. The fee is 1.5 times of the phase 1. 
2.3 The time of suspended period is between 00:00:00 10/08/2019 and 19:59:59 10/08/2019.  
2.4 The re-opening is from 20:00:00 10/08/2019, the position might be available if there were any withdrawal requests before.  
2.5 Regarding the cancellation request. All registered competitors can apply to cancel between 20:00:00 01/05/2019 and 23:59:59 09/08/2019.  However, only 50% of fees will be refunded, he / she will not be able to participate this competition again.

2.6 The fees are not refunded because of anyone does not follow the cancellation requirement.

2.7 The Add and Change is not allowed once the registration successfully completed.

Competition

3.1 The competitors must provide his/her valid identity document such as ID card / Re-Entry Permit / MTP / Password when signing in. 

3.2 The competitors must sign in by themselves, anyone does not sign in on time will be treated as abstention.

3.3 Please keep the badge safety, the organization group will not re-post the permit again. He / she might miss the competition if the badge was lost.  

3.4 Please inform the organization group via email as soon as possible when the transportation might cause any delay.
