Regulations

(1) About registration

1. Registration start time: 2019-11-01 18:00

2. Deadline for registration: 2019-11-25 20:00, no registration will be accepted after the deadline.

3. The rough cake network specifies the online registration platform for this game and does not accept on-site registration.

4. The registration fee for this competition is the basic registration fee plus the registration fee. The basic registration fee is 50 yuan. The subscription fee is based on each item.

The registration fee paid will not be refunded, please arrange your time.

5. The competition will be open to the public, but only students from universities in Shaanxi will participate in the awards.

6. Players who cannot make online payment should contact the organizer to resolve it.

 

(2) Individual rules

Check in

      Each player must sign in at the check-in time and fail to sign in at the check-in time and will lose the qualification. At the time of check-in, you must present your student ID card or card to receive your entry card and souvenir.

      Players must be signed by me and must not be signed by others. Please sign the certificate after the sign-in and the organizer will not reissue it. If lost, you will lose your qualification to participate in the competition or related follow-up projects.

2. Recording

      Players are always required to pay attention to the broadcast of the stadium. When the recording signal is sent, the player will immediately go to the check-in office to present the entry badge and receive the score.

      When the competition of the corresponding item starts or is about to end, we will remind the player of the relevant information in the QQ group of the contestant.

3. Hou Sai

      It is recommended that the players enter the competition venue 10 minutes before the start of each project (the day schedule may not be completely consistent with the publicity, please pay attention to the venue notice), after each project starts to prepare for the competition in the waiting area, the Housai District will not leave if there is no special reason. Please pay attention to the on-site greetings. If you are unable to wait in the waiting time during the race time and the waiting time of the project has passed, the player will be deemed to automatically give up this round and will no longer participate in the round. opportunity.

4. Competition

A. Playing

      When the player's playing signal is sent, the player should immediately go to the designated position and hand the Rubik's Cube to the referee. The referee will verify the player's information. After confirming the correctness, the referee will take the Rubik's Cube to the disordered area to disrupt.

B. Observed

      Before the start of each restoration, the referee will prepare a stopwatch to record the player's observation time. When the referee feels that the player is ready, the referee will ask, "Are you ready?". After confirming that the player is ready, the referee removes the obstruction and starts the stopwatch to start recording the observation time.

      Each player has up to 15 seconds to observe the Rubik's Cube. When the observation time reaches 8 seconds, the referee will remind the player "8 seconds"; when the observation time reaches 12 seconds, the referee will remind the player "12 seconds". If the player starts to restore after more than 15 seconds, he will be fined +2 seconds; if the player starts to restore after more than 17 seconds, he will be fined DNF; the player is forbidden to turn the Rubik's Cube during the observation phase, otherwise the result will be invalid and recorded as DNF.

C. reduction

      Once the player has finished observing, he should immediately place the Rubik's Cube on the table and place his hands in the timer sensing area. After confirming that the timer light turns green, remove the handle from the timer and start restoring the cube.

       When observing or restoring the Rubik's Cube, the player is forbidden to communicate with anyone other than the referee and is prohibited from accepting assistance from anyone.

D. Record scores

      The player ends the restoration by dropping the cube and stopping the timer. Do not touch the Rubik's Cube until the referee observes the Rubik's Cube. Otherwise, the penalty is +2 seconds.

      If any two adjacent faces in the final state of the cube are not aligned and exceed the following alignment limits, then the Rubik's Cube needs an extra step to restore. If one step is required, the referee has the right to award +2 seconds; if more than two steps are required to restore, it is recorded as DNF. The referee tells the player the result, and the player signs the transcript after confirming it.

      The alignment limits of different Rubik's cubes are as follows:

            1) N-order cube: up to 45 degrees.

            2) Pyramid and oblique cube: up to 60 degrees.

5. Ending

      Each player has five chances to restore, five times to the end of the score, and finally counted in the ranking of the player's average score.

      The player must sign the transcript after checking the completion of the performance to confirm that the grade is correct and complete, and the five rounds of the scores can be ended without objection. You can return to the viewing area to prepare for the next game.

 

(3) Team rules

1. The same school players who signed up for the competition are a whole team, and the group name is the name of the school, such as: Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology. Each team does not limit the number of members, and each team has at most one foreign aid. Players cannot repeat team formation.

2. The group list is registered at the sign-in place at the time of check-in.

3. Integral calculation:

      1 Basic points: Each team member who has arrived at the team has 2 points for the group points.

      2 ranking points:

      The first to tenth place of each project is 10 points, 11 to 20 points, 8 points, 21 to 30 points, 6 points, 31 to 40 points, 4 points, 41 to 50 points, 2 points. After 51 points, 1 point, multiplied by the weighting coefficient of each item (third order: 5 second order: 4 oblique turn: 3 pyramid: 3 third-order one-handed: 3 fourth-order: 3).

      The maximum number of team members is 10, more than 10, and the previous 10 are included in the score.

3 project points:

      Group project first 60 points, second place 50 points, third place 40 points, fourth place 30 points, fifth place 20 points, sixth place 10 points, sixth place after 5 points

4. Team rules

      The group project is a third-order Rubik's Cube relay, with three members from the team members to participate in the competition, and the participating members are indicated at the time of sign-in.

      After the start of the game, each player has 15 seconds of observation time. After the 15 second time has elapsed, the referee will remind the observation time that the player must stop watching and put his hand on the timer. After the current player recovers the Rubik's Cube and shoots the watch, the next player can resume the watch, otherwise it will be counted as DNF. The total score of the three players is the final score of the group.

5. Team awards are based on group points.

 

(4) About the game

1. Notes for players

A. Players need to be familiar with WCA rules. The rules are detailed on the WCA page:

B. All the contestants use the Rubik's Cube to bring their own. Players must ensure that the Rubik's Cube used meets the requirements of the WCA rules (such as the sticker can not be severely damaged, the number and location of the logo, etc.), and prepare for the competition, otherwise it will be disqualified to participate in the project.

C. When the player uses the device to record the restoration process during the game, the live video screen needs to be placed outside the player's line of sight, otherwise the restoration result will be recorded as DNF.

D. Please participate in the third-order blind screw to prepare the eye mask.

E. The Rubik's Cube used in the third-order blind screwing cannot appear markers such as logo, otherwise it will not be able to participate in the competition.

2. The order of the stadium

A. Forbidden personnel to scream, play, play and walk around at the game.

B. Prohibit people from littering at the competition site.

C. After entering the stadium, please consciously mute the phone and turn off the flash of the camera and other devices.

D. Non-participants are prohibited from entering the competition area.

3. Awards

A. This time, only students from colleges and universities in Shaanxi participated in the awards.

B. The top three of all individual competitions will be awarded awards, medals, prizes; the fourth to sixth awards will be awarded.
