WCA Competition

This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations.

Regulations

One. About enrolment

1. Registration for the competition should be completed during the registration period (21:00 on November 5 to 23:00 on November 16). No registration is accepted after the deadline. The competition only accepts online registration, and does not accept on-site registration.

2. registration requires athletes to register in the Chinese Rubik's cube tournament website.

3. WCA ID query is completed at https://cubingchina.com/results/person. You can enter your name in Chinese or Pinyin after your name in the results-contestants column. After searching, you can find it by clicking on your home page.

4. The registration period is divided into two stages: the first stage is from 21:00 on November 5 to 23:00 on November 11, and the second stage is from 23:00 on November 11 to 23:00 on November 16. The registration fee for the second stage will be increased.
5. registration fee: payable registration fee = basic registration fee + sub entry fee. The first stage basic registration fee is 60 yuan, the second stage basic registration fee is 90, the project fee is about 1.5 times the first stage project fee.

6. The Chinese mainland athletes must pay the registration fee through the online payment function of the coarse cake net. The Chinese mainland athletes who do not pay through the coarse cake net are invalid. If there are other payment problems, please contact the organizer.

7. Player withdrawal: Players may withdraw from the competition within a specified date after registration, but the fees paid are not refundable. Please pay the fees carefully. Players will not be able to enter the competition again after completing the withdrawal.

8. Project Supplement: Competitors can complete the project supplement by themselves through the "Project Supplement" function of the coarse cake net. The cost of the project supplement and the possible service fees in the process are borne by the competitors.
9. Item Change: This competition does not accept the request of replacing or deleting items, such as changing the fourth-order speed screw to the second-order speed screw. Also do not accept the request for a player to replace, for example, with an unregistered player B to replace the qualifications of successful player A.

10. players under the age of 18 must sign up after their parents agree.

Two. Sign in

1. the contestants must sign in at the designated time period. The players must sign their names and not be signed by others.

2. The contestant must produce the original two-dimensional code (check on the registration page after entering the cake web) (both electronic and printed paper versions) and his identity card (ID card, household registration book, passport, Taiwan cell card, homecoming card).

3. non mainland Chinese players, who are unable to pay the registration fee by using Alipay or PayPal, need to pay the registration fee when they sign in.

4. when the check-in arrives, the contestant will receive the entry certificate and admission certificate. Please keep it properly.
5. Competitors must wear a certificate when they enter the competition on stage. Those who do not have a certificate will be disqualified. If the entrance card is lost, the two-dimensional registration code and the competitor's identity card can be used at the consulting desk, and the additional fee is 50 yuan.

Three, competition admission
1. 
All areas of the competition must wear the entrance certificate before entering. All players, accompaniers and spectators are requested to take good care of their entrance certificates after signing in.

2. The entrance certificate is a separate mark for the player to enter the functional areas of the competition. One person and one certificate should not be transferred. The consequences of the transfer should be borne by the player himself, such as not participating in the competition.

Four. About competition
1. 
Players must ensure that the cube used meets the requirements of WCA rules and be ready for the competition, otherwise they will be disqualified from participating in the project.

2. Restore time limit: If the player's single restore time exceeds the time limit, the restore will be recorded as DNF, the referee has the right to suspend the restore.

3. Pass line: For five restore events (such as fourth-order screw), the first two restores must enter the pass line at least once, otherwise there is no chance of the last three restores.

4. Players should be self-disciplined and respect the game in the field, not loud, do not destroy public property, do not affect others.
5. after entering the stadium, please consciously silence the cell phone and turn off the flash of cameras and other equipment.

6. No organization or individual without the permission of the Organizing Committee may conduct propaganda activities such as material distribution, material posting and live video broadcasting on the competition ground.

7. no political symbol (such as the national flag) is allowed to appear on the playing field. Thank you for all the contestants and competitors.

8. Currently announced competition schedule is the expected schedule, after the registration will be fine-tuned according to the number of participants in each event (project order as far as possible remains unchanged), in addition, the number of promotion of each event will be adjusted accordingly. Please pay attention to the coarse pancake net.
Five, Competition Award
1. 
The top three competitors in each event receive prizes and certificates. In addition, the third-order second-order pyramid U8, U10, U12 children's groups are set up. The third-order women's group is set up to rank them according to the third-order preliminary results.

2. The winner must participate in the competition to receive the prize (certificate, medal, prize), others can only accept the certificate, can not receive the prize (the ceremony did not receive the prize will be distributed as a spot raffle prize). Those who did not attend the award ceremony were deemed to have given up the award.
