Regarding Accompanying Personnel and Audience
To ensure the quietness and order of the competition venue, each participant can bring a maximum of one accompanying person for free entry. If there is more than one accompanying person, a ticket must be purchased on-site at a price of 50 yuan per person, and the accompanying person must sign in with the participant.
2. Method for purchasing admission tickets: On the day of the competition, bring your identification documents (ID card, household registration book, passport, Taiwan compatriot certificate, home visit permit, etc.) and purchase them on-site at the check-in counter. The staff will record your information and provide you with an entry voucher.
When athletes, accompanying personnel, and spectators sign in, staff will assist in wearing admission credentials. All personnel entering and exiting the venue must verify their admission credentials. Those without admission credentials are not allowed to enter. If the admission credentials are lost, they must be purchased again and kept properly. They cannot be removed, torn, or transferred.
Entry Information
After the registration is open, the organizer will periodically send email notifications to the registered contestants. Please be aware. If missing important notifications affects participation, the contestant shall bear the responsibility on their own;
2. The schedule announced for the competition is an estimated schedule, which may be postponed or advanced on the day of the competition. Please pay attention to on-site notifications on the day of the competition. Missing the check-in will be considered as giving up the competition;
3. For those who do not comply with the organizer's arrangements, violate the rules of the competition, or seriously affect the order of the schedule, the organizer has the right to remove relevant personnel from the venue. The accompanying persons of underage athletes, namely temporary guardians, who do not comply with the arrangements of the organizer, violate the rules of the competition, and seriously affect the order of the schedule, the organizer will ask the underage athletes and accompanying persons to leave the competition venue together, and cancel their eligibility to participate in subsequent events.
Award Setting
1. The third level events of this competition include U7 group, U9 group, U12 group, open group, women's group, and newcomer group. Except for the open group, all other groups will be awarded based on the results of the third level preliminary round;
2. Each project, as well as the top three teams in each group, will receive certificates, prizes, and trophies. The award can only be received in person (certificates, prizes, medals), and others cannot collect them on behalf of others. Winners who do not attend the award ceremony shall be deemed to have forfeited the award.
