The WCA series competition is a special type of WCA (World Cube Association) competition, consisting of two or more WCA competitions (such as Competition A and Competition B). Competitors can only participate in one competition within the series.
-
Competitors are free to choose which competition they want to sign up for within the series. If they meet the registration requirements of the chosen competition and their registration is approved, they are considered successfully registered.
-
If a competitor successfully registers for Competition A, they will no longer be able to register for Competition B, and vice versa.
-
If a competitor has successfully registered for Competition A and wishes to register for Competition B, they must cancel their registration for Competition A (after canceling, they will not be able to re-register for Competition A), and vice versa.
-
If a competitor's registration for Competition A is unsuccessful (for example, if they have not submitted the competition registration fee or for various other reasons the registration was not approved), they may continue to register for Competition B, and vice versa.

WCA, World Cube Association. The World Cube Association governs competitions for all puzzles labelled as Rubik puzzles, and all other puzzles that are played by twisting the sides, so-called 'twisty puzzles'. Most famous of these puzzles is the Rubik's Cube, invented by professor Rubik from Hungary. A selection of these puzzles are chosen as official events of the WCA.
The World Cube Association organises competitions all over the world, supported by national organisations responsible for organising competitions in their countries.
The goal of the World Cube Association is to have
more competitions in more countries with more people and more fun, under fair and equal conditions.
The spirit of the World Cube Association is that
people from all over the world have fun together in a friendly atmosphere, help each other and behave sportsmanlike.
