According to the work schedule of the CAQA, the timeline for event applications in the Q4 of 2025 is as follows:
September 8 to October 11, submit applications for competitions held between November 1 and November 30;
October 13 to November 11 submit applications for competitions held between December 6 and December 31;
Notes: It is recommended that all Q3 events application be submitted at least 50 days in advance.
