Non-WCA competitions: 

Organizers must submit event applications at least 21 days, and the competition must be publicized for at least 14 days;
Notes: It is recommended that all Q3 events application be submitted at least 45 days in advance.For competitions during Mid-Autumn festival, National Day or other public holidays, please submit your applications as early as possible to ensure time for reviewing and time slot arrangements.
