To facilitate the overall planning of competitions for 2026, organizing teams intending to host competitions are asked to submit their competition for the Second Half of 2026 (July 1 to December 31, 2026).(no detailed proposal required—only approximate dates, estimated number of competitors, and preliminary event outline). CAQA will coordinate competition dates based on overall demand. Please download and complete the 2026 Cubing ChinaCompetition Application Plan Template (click here to download) and submit it to CAQA (competitions@cubing.com) by 23:59 on May 31, 2026. Organizers who have already submitted their competition proposals do not need to resubmit; however, they may resubmit if there are any changes to the proposal.
When submitting a competition application, organizers must also provide a complete member list using the latest version of the Cubing China Organizing Team Registration Form (click here to download)
The timeline for event applications in the Q2 of 2026 is as follows:
WCA competitions：
April 19 to May 20: Submit applications for competitions to be held between June 1 and June 31;.Notes: It is recommended that events application be submitted at least 50 days in advance.
Non-WCA competitions:
Organizers must submit event applications at least 21 days, and the competition must be publicized for at least 14 days;
