Sheng Cao (曹晟) won the Shijiazhuang Open 2017 with an average of 9.80 seconds. Jimeng Guo (郭冀蒙) finished second (10.11 seconds) and Hongshuo Wei (魏宏硕) finished third (11.03 seconds).
