Zijian Cai (蔡子健) won the Shenzhen Open 2019 with an average of 7.31 seconds. Zixuan Yang (杨子轩) finished second (7.94 seconds) and Ivan Li Ka Leong (李嘉亮) finished third (8.26 seconds).
